Due to the current ban on Beluga Caviar ( Huso Huso , lat.) in the USA, our Kaluga Hybrid Caviar is the best alternative. Kaluga Hybrid, also known as River Beluga Caviar, is a hybrid between Acipenser Schrenck ii (lat.) and Huso Dauricus (lat.).

Our Sasanian Kaluga Hybrid Caviar is known for its firm large pearls, ranging in color from amber to deep golden, and smooth nutty buttery finish. If you never had the real Beluga this is the closest thing to the real deal.

Area of Origin: They are raised in a very pristine environment in Asia near their origin of the Amur River
