Wild Boar French Rack 8-9 Bones (2-3 lbs)

A leaner french cut bone-in rack has a full sweeter flavor with a hint of nuts as their diet is acorns, nuts and wild greens. Approx. 8-9 Chops per rack. Average weight is 2.6 pounds. Grill them on a med or high heat but don't over cook. Several minutes per side. Salt,pepper, garlic or try either of our executive marinades for a five star chefs preparation.
